Three eye yoga styles

In modern society, computers spread all the world. Lots of IT workers have more or less the vision problems. Because they often work for a long time to face the computer, not only the problems of radiation, but also that caused a decline in eye sight. The following describes the three eye yoga styles for IT workers to relieve eye fatigue, so fatigue of the ciliary muscle activity, thereby improving the microcirculation of the eye, as follows:

Eye yoga shiatsu, massage the eye
