The common mistakes on practicing yoga to lose weight

Many people make some mistakes on practicing yoga to lose weight, the following are the most common mistakes.

1.If you have eated vegetarian before practicing Yoga class,preferably wait for 2 hours to 3 hours after training, if everybody eats meat, the best 3 and a half hours to 4 hours after training, but little to eat fruit or drink a glass of milk without cause illness, especially for low blood sugar practitioners, the practice is necessary to add that the former sugar. Best to wait 30 minutes had finished and then after eating.

After practicing yoga, just take a bath to relax. Wrong. After practicing yoga,you had better wait half an hour after taking a bath, yoga, stress energy balance, if you take a bath once this balance will be upset, to give the body time to absorb.

Yoga's core is training position. Wrong. Yoga asana is only the most minor part of yoga meditation and breathing is the most important. And yoga continues to be a long time, good results are not generated within an hour of practice, but extended to 23 other hours.

4.Yoga is to exercise flexibility.
Wrong. Yoga is not a simple extension, it is not like dancing, acrobatics, physical flexibility, as required. Yoga is a stress energy balance, pushing the body with breathing exercises, breathing more deeply the more the body stretching, breathing help you open the inner body flexibility, this is more a soft feel, rather than physically soft.

5. Other sports practiced

Drinking when practicing yoga. Wrong.
